Shipping Policy
Delivery to the UK
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes up to 9 business days from dispatch, depending on your location within the UK.
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Please note: as items are sourced through our fulfilment partners, delivery estimates may occasionally vary during high-demand periods (e.g. holidays).
Return & Exchange Policy
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To request a cancellation, contact us at support@nexusgoodies.com within 14 days of delivery.
Once we confirm your return, you'll have a further 14 days to send the item back. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Faulty or damaged items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
